Here is a new feature for Friday's. I'm calling it "Featured Artist Friday". I got the idea for this while doing the Culture Club Megamix. This new feature will feature one artist and several of their songs in one mix. Let me know what you think of this new feature.

It's Pay Day....

Today I'm posting 2 mixes since I missed yesterday. Both of these mixes by request in the forum by crankyrunner. He calls these mixes...80's Money Mix. Every song has something to do with money. He thought this wouldn't work out since there are many different styles listed but hey...I think I made it work. I'm not to keen about some of the mixing on Part 2 but it's OK. Not my best work. I'm Sorry.......

I've just been caught with my pants down. I don't have a mix ready for today. Yesterday I celebrated my freedom too much. Swam too much, got sunburned, ate too many Bratwurst, drank too much beer, watched too many fireworks. Sorry for this.

Flashback Now To 1985 & 1986

This is my last post until July 2, 2007. I'm heading to the beach for a whole week and drinking a bottle of Jack Daniels while I'm there. This is the time of year that I look forward to!!!!!!!! Do nothing and drink in the sun!!!!!!!! Every year my wife, son, and I rent a condo right on the beach and just chill. If you're in Destin, look for me. I'll be the one between the turntables mixing for everyone on the beach, nurcing a Jack-n-Coke.

Last Friday, I posted an Ultimix year-end medley from 1987. Got a great responce from that post that I want to post two more year end medley's. This time around, let's go back to 1985 and 1986.

The 1985 Flashback Medley was release on the second issue of Ultimix in 1986 while the 1986 Flashback Medley was included on Volume 8 in 1987.
